At Awan Garden, we aim to provide high-quality gardening products and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    A return request may be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective or not as described

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
    A valid proof such as photos or videos is required.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned due to safety and quality reasons:

  • Seeds (germination sensitivity)

  • Live plants

  • Opened fertilizers, soil, pesticides, sprays, or chemicals

  • Used garden tools

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or special discount
    Such items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  1. Return Timeframe
    All return or replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Refund Process
    Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and its condition is confirmed. Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued.

  3. Replacement Policy
    If an item is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

  4. Wrong or Damaged Orders
    If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately with:

  • Order ID

  • Pictures or video of the damaged or incorrect item
    We will arrange a pickup, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
